INSPECTION AND TESTING SERVICES |
|
Over time and with use, all electrical installations
deteriorate and therefore need to be inspected and a report produced
on their condition so you can see if any part of the installation
needs repair or upgrade to ensure its continued safety for use. If
electrical installations aren’t checked they can present fire and
electric shock risk dangers. By conducting an Electrical Installation
Condition Report (EICR) on an installation, such risks that may be
present are identified through a detailed process of visual inspection
and electrical testing to verify the condition of the installation.
Thereafter, any risks that may be identified can be rectified and
removed from a working installation to ensure continued safety. |
|
We are fully qualified, accredited and insured to
inspect, test and verify domestic, commercial and industrial
installations and produce full EICRs that comply with current wiring
regulations. These reports can be used by: Landlords, insurers and
mortgagers to name but a few interested parties. |
